Congratulations on your engagement and your forthcoming wedding…it’s time to start planning what will be one of the most memorable days of your lives!
I like to start with a face to face meeting so I can listen to how you envisage your big day and discuss ideas that you may have to bring your vision to fruition.
With years of wedding events experience I am happy to offer advice, but really our first meeting is to see if we are on the same page and if I am the right wedding professional for your big day.

Once we have an idea of what you have planned for your big day. We like to grab a coffee and discuss with you how we can make your special day, the perfect day.
We work together with you to build your perfect event plan. You have online access to your very own music and event planner.
The time has come, the big day is here! We will arrive at your Wedding venue with plenty of time to set up and prepare. As soon as the lights go down, we light up the party!
YOUR WEDDING DAY
Master of Ceremonies
During a preliminary meeting and then in following planning meetings we will formalise the itinerary of your day…but who is going to coordinate and liaise with other suppliers, venue staff and your guests as the day begins and through to the last dance?
Our Master of Ceremonies package will give you both peace of mind that all your planning will be carried through and a smooth and stress-free day is achieved.
We are able to provide a stylish audio system and subtle lighting to set the perfect tone for your ceremony.
From day one you will have full use of our Online Event Planner which will give you the ability to choose and list your ceremony music from background to the processional and recessional music.
You can tell me what kind of vibe you are after at this point or I can use my experience and choose background music that I know will provide a perfect ambience for a successful wedding breakfast.
I am also able to provide radio microphones for the all important speeches and a projector and screen for any images to be displayed.
I will use my skills to time everything to perfection and create the desired atmosphere for a fun filled evening. I can play your chosen music list, songs that I know will create a great party or a mixture of both.
WEDDING EVENT PLANNER
Welcome to our online Event Planner Service. Here existing clients will be able to log in and customise their playlist, choosing music for their event from our extensive database of over 20,000 songs.
An event timeline can also be created which enables you to specify exact timings for your special day; from the ceremony, to the wedding breakfast to the evening reception. This enables you to break down your playlist to specific areas of the day.
And for those songs that you really do not want to hear- tell us and we’ll make sure they will not make the final playlist.

Paul did an excellent job of our wedding disco, he took our feedback and playlist and understood exactly what we wanted. He got the party going and the crowd on the dance floor. We would absolutely recommend Those Party People! Paul was an amazing master of ceremonies; everyone knew where to be at the right times and the day just flowed perfectly. We never felt like we didn’t know what was happening.
He worked with all the other vendors too so no one missed out on anything. While planning the day Paul came up with some really fun ideas that made the day even more special and helped break the ice between all family members.

We would highly recommend Paul. We asked him to DJ at our wedding and provide his all day package which meant he looked after the music all day and did a master of ceremonies role. This was worth every penny, he was amazing! He made sure the whole day went smoothly, he was funny, helpful, organised and great at adding an injection of fun!
We had a couple of video calls in advance of the wedding because of Covid we couldn’t meet face to face and Paul put us at ease and gave us great ideas for the day.
The evening music was brilliant and all of our guests had a great time. Paul also helped us with a photo booth which was so much fun and we will treasure the photos and memories always.

To say Paul works miracles is an under-statement. Paul’s suggestions were spot on and his playing of ‘All you need is love’ while we were waiting for the wedding breakfast to be served was inspirational – 80 people laughing and singing at the top of their voices is something we’ll never forget!
